Annin Tough-Tex® is the strongest, most durable all-weather flag. Designed for institutional and commercial flag displays, nothing beats the performance of a Tough-Tex® flag. Made from an exclusive, open-weave 2-ply spun polyester material, this time-tested standard has been America’s best for over 30 years. It is the best material for larger flags, ideal for daily and long-term display. The unique open-weave reduces fabric stress by letting air flow through making it the longest lasting flag available.

Large, vivid stars are richly embroidered with ultra-bright polyester thread or, in the case of flags 15′ x 25′ or larger, brilliant white star appliqués.

Seams are double-needle stitched with premium, extra strength polyester thread, color matched to stripes with back-stitch reinforcement.

Four rows of high strength lock-sticking on the fly ends reduces fraying and extends the flag’s life (six rows on larger flags).

Sturdy, weather resistant brass grommets provide greater flag security in flags up to 6′ x 10′.  Larger flags feature a roped heading with galvanized thimble.
